Their digital platform, My Intuitive, connects surgeons, hospital admins, sales reps, and field service engineers to training, case video, and collaboration tools.

Hospital Federation
Migrating clinicians from personal logins to hospital-managed authentication. Multiple user types, each with a different entry point, funneling through three registration routes into one experience.

Working at the intersection of healthcare and software changes how you think about craft.
At Intuitive, there's no shipping a "good enough" version and iterating later. The people on the other end of these screens are clinicians, field engineers onsite at hospitals, and sales reps sitting across from surgeons. That raised my bar for what a complete handoff looks like every state documented, every edge case covered, no ambiguity left for engineering to interpret.
